I wholly agree with you on Putin’s military so why the scaremongering? NATO is posturing and will continue to allow Putin to nibble his way through the smaller and weaker European countries. He can easily scare the west into submission with nuclear saber rattling or maybe just threaten to start burning coal.
Quite a theory, Russia is too weak to be a threat, yet they win because we are easily scared and will submit to his will.
