I guess I shouldn’t be shocked by liberals. But I was a bit shocked when some liberals wanted her to retire, so Obama could appoint a replacement liberal judge.

I suspect she was asked in 2009 to consider retirement, and just laughed the White House crowd off. She might still be around for another eight years....by which time, the senate might flip again.
