I’ll make a wild speculation here. Possibly at the time Head went to prison, Mike Brown was still under 18. So, if Head was a certified gang member, it might be a condition of his parole to have no contact with juveniles. However, what is strange, as you are pointing out, is that it appears that Head was to have no contact with Michael Brown. Perhaps it was known to the parole officers that Head was a very bad influence on Brown, or that he may have been instrumental in getting Brown involved in criminal activity. It needs investigating, but the MSM will be doing other things.
You could be right - the restriction could well have been a no-contact order for all juveniles rather than MB in particular. Michael Brown would certainly have been under 18 at the time of Head’s parole since, as I recall, he had just turned 18 shortly before assuming room temperature.
Could someone please post a link to Head’s prison sentence: how long, what for, conduct while in, etc.?
