Holder on the DOJ website has a video where he says he has given instructions for law enforcement to protect protesters and change their rules of engagement so they do not confront the protesters. He is essentially telling them it is open season to loot and destroy.

One wonders exactly what the NG would do if the morons started trying to get to the white neighborhoods. Are they under orders not to engage?
Was watching a Fox news feed last night; they said over 150 shots were fired at the police - along with being pelted by “D”-cell batteries, rocks, bricks, bottles, etc.
