Folks this is where all those wierd gun purchases went. You know from the agencies that never would have guns, but had gun money in their budgets...? These were just straw agency purchases and those guns and ammo got shunted around to the real places Holder and Obama wanted them to go.

Or it is one of the various government agents, which do carry those weapons, who are the ones firing.
