But after the feral contraband “do their thang”, and they don’t have as much as a coffee shop available to them for 12 blocks (who the Hell is going to invest in an area like that?), what did they “prove”? What did they “win”?
Hell, you can make the very solid case Detroit’s death spiral started with the 1967 riots; it never recovered from that.
