FERGUSON, Mo. (CBS St. Louis/AP) — A grand jury has decided not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the death of Michael Brown, the unarmed, black 18-year-old whose fatal shooting sparked weeks of sometimes-violent protests.
St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch announced the decision Monday evening. A grand jury of nine whites and three blacks had been meeting weekly since Aug. 20 to consider evidence. The panel met for 70 hours and heard from 60 witnesses.

Blacks have provably lower IQ’s (about 20 points lower than whites) as shown in The Bell Curve. Critics argued that the IQ tests did not adequately measure the kind of intelligence found in the black community.

Nine had to agree to “probable cause” to hand down an indictment. The DA in his press conference would not (he said the law forbids his revealing) reveal what the actual votes were for each potential charge.
I think they’re all a bunch of drama queens down there. Whitey sure missed out on a lot of fun when the O.J. “verdict” came down. I didn’t even get a stinkin’, looted Heineken. Whitey just doesn’t know how to have fun.
