Wow....what a useless endeavor...you'll never get anywhere attempting to reason with some of those people...they simply can't digest it....that was what you call black rage and nothing but their own culture is going to correct this.

The guy even called it “The Hood”..so he knows what he has to do to get out of it...most don't of his caliber. They never take the initiative for the programs they're afforded. Those who do eventually leave the hood..... But it's usually middle class and upper class blacks who take advantage of the programs....the lower class is “needed” so they can get those.
