That’s what the National Guard is for and why they aren’t active right now....there will no doubt be martial law...OBama should have already called it since they’re rampaging the area as they’re doing...but then....
The national guard are unarmed - many of them are standing guard in other areas of St. Louis. The looters are not just in Ferguson. They have scattered into smaller groups. They are driving around hitting businesses.
Looks like the Guard has been told to stand down.
