RE: We all knew this, right?

If the evidence as reported so far reflected what really happened, here is what I understand how it occurred:

1) Michael Brown and partner were waling in the middle of the road.

2) Office Wilson sees them and tells them to get off the street to the side walk.

3) Brown refuses and argues with the officer, who drives to their side and tells them to listen to him, opening the window of his patrol car, Brown refuses.

A fight ensues with Brown punching Officer Wilson on the eye socket and reaching into the car to grab his gun. Office Wilson is dazed but manages to prevent Brown from grabbing the gun.

4) Brown tries to run away. Wilson gets out of the car and shouts at him ordering him to freeze.

5) Brown turns around with hands up as if daring him: “You want to shoot me? Go ahead and try !”, Brown then bum rushes Wilson with full force.

6) Wilson shoots him to stop, first to the non-lethal parts of his body, but Brown kept coming.

Finally Wilson shot him fatally in the head.

We also know that Brown and partner just robbed a convenience store not long before this incident occurred and was discovered to have traces of drugs in him.

So, based on the above evidence, if true, then we all knew this would be the verdict. It can’t be otherwise if justice is to be done.

Unfortunately Brown had to die. If the Missouri police had an electric shock gun like they have in NYC, Brown might be still alive.
