What strikes me is how narrow and moderate Michelle Duggar's quoted position is. Here it is again:
I don’t believe the citizens of Fayetteville would want males with past child predator convictions that claim they are female to have a legal right to enter private areas that are reserved for women and girls.
(Emphasis added.) She didn't oppose it in the general sense for transgenders. Rather, her point (as I see it) was, "I'm not opposed in principle, but because we cannot prevent abuse by, say, convicted sex predators, maybe we shouldn't do this."

How on earth is that anti-gay? It's anti-child predator, sure. Are these haters themselves suggesting that anti-predator IS anti-gay??

Groupthink, some people who are homosexual say it is their cause, so that makes it so. That’s all it takes. Pretty frenzied, or useful tool for dark forces, if you ask me. But, like the princes of Darius, they want any excuse to go after people of faith, no matter how rediculous.
