The vaunted and brilliant foreign policy of Clown Prince nobama and his Court Jester skerry continues in its success. Are these brilliant strategists our “betters” or what? I shrink in their brilliance...

Barry Goldwater once said a moderate Iranian was one who had his AK-47 on SAFE. Same could be said (unfortunately) for most muslims....

My view was always that if you scratch a Muslim willing to kill, you’ll find a murderous Islamist underneath. The heyday of Arab nationalism is over. As literacy has ramped up in the Muslim world, nationalism has receded and religion has become primary rallying cry of Sunnis and Shias alike to the exclusion of minority Muslim and non-Muslim sects.

The only “moderate” Syrians who would pass any proper vetting would be the ones who were unwilling or unable to fight, i.e., living out-of-country, lacking combat experience, yesterday’s old soldiers, etc.

It was reported back in May that advocates and representatives for the “Syrian opposition” in Europe were admitting that at least 60% of it was composed of members or followers of the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood and, to my eyes, they differ from ISIS ONLY on means, not on aims.

THAT has made switching camps from one opposition brand to another more expected than the western supporters of the “Syrian opposition” have been willing to admit.
