I think Cruz has a good plan. Add to that a formal censure of Obama by the incoming Senate in January and it works for me. All this lawsuit stuff and impeachment talk is not going to work.

I hope he stays in the Senate. I think he could do so much more moving up in seniority and eventually becoming majority leader. It will take a few elections to get him there, but I think he could do so much more staying put rather than running for POTUS. We need a Governor to be our next presidential candidate. Senator Cruz, I admire and respect you as much as is reasonable for any politician. You and I both know the truth is that step 1 of your plan isn't going to happen. Therefore, your plan is invalid. I must ask, what is your Plan B?
