Here’s an idea..if you don’t want to get shot..don’t point a gun at cops..gee, logic, who knew!

From all reports, the boy did not aim at the cops or otherwise threaten them. However, he did pull it from his waistband after a verbal command to put his hands up.

I think any reasonable person would conclude pulling a gun from one’s belt after that command is a threat.
