The damage has been done. I am looking forward to the uproar when people see the IRS deduct the Obamacare fee from this year’s tax returns.

The damage is done.
He injected a cancer into the USA. It has invaded our entire political and financial systems.
The best we can do now is try to cut the tumors.

I don’t have much trust in the SCOTUS anymore. The Federal courts have all become too political. They are packed with activists with agendas. Our Constitution, Bill of Rights and laws mean absolutely nothing to them.

You know all the hoopla about Gruber working to make sure Obamacare was
not known as a tax seemed to be really important to the Obama administration. And then Roberts calls it a tax.
It seems that the most important thing Obama was hiding was then called out and identified by Roberts and nothing happened about that aspect.
I am puzzled.

Last time it was suggested that they’d threatened his kids... what can they twist him with this time?

I heard they can only deduct it from your refund.
Is that true?

Jon Stewart did a great piece on Gruber and his criminal manipulations last week. We’re gonna win this one.
Here’s Saturday Night Live Backing Conservatives Against Obama’s Executive Action ...
We’re winning. Dems are toast.

That’s my understanding. I am waiting for them to put a hold on future tax refunds with penalties if not paid.

EXEMPT Roberts redeem himself? Not a chance.
EXEMPT "Justice" John Roberts already
violated his Code of Conduct when SCOTUS
was considering Obola's faux and missing credentials,
and the EXEMPT began to linger and fawn
on the Indonesian Communist, ex parte:

Why wouldn’t they threaten his kids again?
Didn’t the NYT fire the opening shot in this?

"Will Chief Justice Roberts redeem himself?" After his contorted twisting of the law and the language in the first case I don't see how he can redeem himself. In view of what he did the last time I think someone should be looking into possible associations, or communications with Jonathon Gruber before he wrote his opinion.

I have not gotten a refund in 20 years. Dont plan on ever getting one again. In fact I pay the penalty in April for not having paid 90% of my tax burden ahead of time. I refuse to give the govt an interest free loan, or money of mine to hold hostage if I don’t behave the way they want.

Good for you. But that’s not what a majority of Americans do with their tax bills.
