I’m not a fan of Winston, but the incident didn’t appear to be malicious, and I thought it was funny. He was focused on getting the play. I’m sure by now that he has been told he screwed up.

The offence made a substitution so the official held up the play for sufficient time to allow the defence to also substitute players. I don't know if that was actually true because I didn't see the substitution, but you aren't allowed to both switch players and run a quick snap.
