The guy was a bum...a racist pandering bum. Because of his wanderings he referred to him self as a “nite owl”. He also was found to often stop for hours at a woman’s house during the day and said he stopped there to “change his shirt” because it was so humid. When he got out of prison his supporters greeted him there and bus-convoyed him back to WDC in some bizarre sort of victory parade. He was then elected to councilman-at-large until his death. Many in the WDC community worshipped the ground he walked-on...except for that bitch that set him up. He was quite an arrogant, race-card-playing degenerate. Buh bye.

I remember that day. Some "reverend" had the unmitigated gall to quote Luke 15:22 in Barry's honor. At the "victory" ceremony, he pronounced to the assembly: "Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet; and bring the fatted calf and kill it, and let us eat and make merry!"
