Might be the best as there was no good outcome either way. The question is now what. Kind of puts the ball back in the DA’s court on whether to file charges or not.
Might have dodged a riot for now but the pressure will still be on to do something.
Probably need an Ebola outbreak in the area to chase everyone out of the state.

Can a DA file charges w/o an indictment? I thought our constitution prevented a person from being held for a crime w/o a presentment or indictment?

Even unemployed activists can't hang on forever. My guess is they'll change the rules, find a reason to riot without a verdict. These are professional lynch mobs.

Or, as a friend of mins correctly said, they're not leaving without their free tv.
