I think they made their decision a long time ago and they’ve been “hinting” it out bit by bit, hopefully to make the whole thing anti-climatic and lessen the “reaction”.

The Ferguson officials have been sitting on it as directed by the POTUS. Holder’s running this show and I believe he will be leading the protest parade. Everyone knows the cop didn’t have a chance against the “gentle giant” charging him.

Under your scenario, it could be that they DID make the decision a week or more ago, and were released to get back to their lives with enough time passing before the announcement that their return wouldn’t be connected with the end of their jury duty.

The only ones who really care about who the jurors are are the ‘leaders’ of the mobs, i.e. Sharpton Crump, etc. The average rioter really only cares about the “free stuff” s/he can extract from local businesses.
