Actually, if the GOP leadership plays this right, the Emperor Obama and the 'RATS will have, in effect, painted themselves into a corner. And Republicans and conservatives need to make sure they don't do anything to help them out of that unpopular corner. Let them twist in the wind and then be hoisted on their own petards.

The new Republican Congress needs to play this with a carefully tuned strategy. And the CURRENT Republican House caucus should definitely NOT agree to an Omnibus or CR of more than three months (till March 2015). Hopefully, they won't relapse into being the Stupid Party as they are wont to do.

THE BIG LIE:

conservatives are likely to respond by demanding a hardline position from the party’s 2016 nominee, torpedoing his or her electability.

That is all you need to read, If they don’t push the Big Lie They Lose and We The People WIN. The entire RINO Elitist class depends on the BIG LIE, We The People know better, just look at the National Elections. The message needs to be

DUMP THE LEADERSHIP, NEW BLOOD IN CHARGE.

Bone head Boner said that Americans must not accept this decree from Obama....duh, isn’t that his job? These fools are never prepared. We knew it was coming and the Congress should have it already in place to have SCOTUS put an injunction on it. We have got to get some adults in charge of the GOP Senate and House. I nominate Cruz and Sessions.

“. . . demanding a hardline position from the party’s 2016 nominee, torpedoing his or her electability.”

70%+ of the people are opposed to amnesty, and yet this will “torpedo his/her electability”????

Where do these people come from? What goes on in their heads that they come out with such illogical commentary?

Did any of these people see the elcetion we just had? A hardline against the abuse and illegal activities of the Obama Administration is exactly what the American people want. A hardline caandidate is the one way the White House!

This will not be undone. The RINO leadership wanted amnesty and now they have it with none of the blame.

Imagine what will happen if a Republican Congress tries to undo amnesty, a "gift" bestowed by benevolent King Zero on his unwashed subjects.

The illegals believe that they are owed this, that amnesty is their right.

Do you think that la raza, mecha, maldef, seiu, CRS of the DOJ will just say "Oh, darn?

Think the LA riots nationwide on crack

demanding a hardline position from the party’s 2016 nominee, torpedoing his or her electability

I think a candidate running on a do-over of Operation Wetback would win in a landslide.

The idea that Republicans will become more unpopular by standing for enforcing the laws is a lie.
