Everything has to wait until we see what's in the Executive Orders.
Because what Obama didn't say in his speech is, if anything, more important than what he did. There was nothing about work permits. No mention of Social Security numbers. Driver's licenses never came up. The "path to citizenship" was notable by its absence.
The only things El Presidente promised to illegals was freedom from deportation (temporarily) and the privilege of paying taxes.
In other words, to this point, the only thing he's guilty of is "excessive deployment of prosecutorial discretion as an excuse for inaction." That is, more of what he's already gotten away with. But nothing substantive from a constitutional standpoint.

Absolutely true. Kind of like the healthcare debacle......you can keep your insurance, you can keep your doctor and now we find that they were counting on the stupidity of “voters” not capable of reading between the lines.
