HERE’S WHAT YOU DO: You go to the Senate/House websites and you find out what their phone numbers are .. and you call them DAILY IF YOU HAVE TO .. just in order to make them understand we expect them to support and defend America and her LAWS.
Here’s the main switchboard - 202-224-3121202-224-3121 - ask for any representative or senator. Be smart .. have your question or statement written down .. practice it so you won’t be nervous. Don’t call anybody foul names (even though you might want to), and make it short and to the point. AND, call at a different time of day each time.
If you’re not willing to do that .. then you have no argument.
A REPUBLIC (we are not a democracy) is of THE PEOPLE. Except, if the people lay down on the job and don’t tell their elected what they expect; the REPUBLIC will no longer exist.

Very well put. Totally agree. Until the pubs do take power it is useless to do anything because Reid will be in the way. Besides, Obama has talked a lot but let’s see what actually happens.
It would be a start, at least. No, the truth is, we know they won't do anything because of history. The R's don't have the greatest track record. For example, see 2000-2006, when the R's were in charge in the House, Senate AND White House. We got the Patriot act, Part D, a legacy of bailouts and more. So, how will this time around be any different?
I get Thanksgiving Day off. Have to work the next day. Why should congresscritters get a full week. More importantly, why would you accept that from our elected officials?

Perhaps they’re playing it close to the vest. Why go public with a plan, just so Obama and his pets in the “media” can spend the next six weeks tearing it apart. Why not catch them by surprise?
