Correct! He, with the assistance of idiot Americans and a fifth column media did something Hitler and Communism could not do, though they tried for about 67 years. He effectively destroyed the Constitution of the United States of America. Those that voted for him proclaimed him to be their messiah. They presented him as the second coming. In their view he would heal the sick, restore sight to the blind, make the lame walk and raise the dead. Last night he took the what remained of the last breath from the Constitution. And the band played on. Prior to Obama’s reign, I had thought that if freedom died in the United States died, it would die with a bang, fighting, kicking, biting, and screaming , not with an inaudible whimper.

Exactly correct, you are. When my home was built most of the laborers were illegals. My contractor must employ them to be competitive. All the other contractors employ illegals. I would have been more than happy to pay 20% more for the cost of my home if built with legal labor.
Until it is economically prohibitive for a contractor, farmer, etc. to employ illegal labor, they will be employed and here illegally.
We need national ids which could be our social security card that is high tech and hard to forge. A data base on whom is a citizen or legal resident. Large fines for employing illegals. The problem will solve itself.
Mainly because it's an "executive order" and as such can be nullified by whoever the next "executive" is. Those who are now simply working while "hiding in the shadows", should they sign up for this, will now be required to give personal information(including where they are hiding), not to mention biometric tagging...and once their whereabouts are known...could easily be subject of deportation under a new administration with a more stringent(rule of law)policy.
If you think about it...why bother with this process at all...they are already here, very little if anything is/has been/will be done to deport them, many are working under the table and sending monies back to family in Mexico/elsewhere, monies that will NOW go to the Gov. instead of their families through taxes/fees/penalties...
Maybe that explains why so few were out in front of CNN camera's last night celebrating this new "freedom"(nice try CNN), and it certainly doesn't help Obama's cause when he and his cronies(Gruber)have already been exposed as the liars/deceit artists that they've proven themselves to be on so many fronts...

I do not believe that the Founders left the only remedy for an out-of-control executive as impeachment. As much as they hated a monarchy, I cannot believe it.
I think the answer is found in the word “power”. Congress shall have “power” to....
If the president must sign off on everything, then a state must file suit against the president’s misapplication of a law and that must be heard by Scotus.
I agree with what you have said. However, when push comes to shove, there won’t be enough patriots ready and willing to go the distance. They just don’t make many of those anymore.

Probably not; too much else going on. Did anyone notice when, by another executive order, this one virtually secret, he gave INTERPOL jurisdiction and precedence over our sovereign nation, rendering our law enforcement subject to it? We built a monument though. I’ll bet it’s an inspiration to them too. We tolerate millions of our own citizens taking our hard earned tax dollars without asking one single effort on their part. We became tolerant of all manner of evil to be “liked” on the world stage and here we are.

He ticked off a number of Hispanics by, in their eyes, not going far enough. Legal Hispanics, who vote are not in lockstep for this measure. It's beginning to sink in with blacks that they've been ditched for Hispanics, and, though union leaders are all saying the right things, union rank and file do not like the amnesty either.
Just about everyone else is ticked because obviously, he's not listening to the people.

What would be stupid about impeaching Obama? The Founders put that option in place so that Congress has a recourse against lawless presidents such as this one.
The stupidity is in the lack of ability to do simple math. You need 13 Democrat votes to impeach Obama. Not going to happen, no way, no how. So you go through the whole process and all you do is raise a fire storm because you’re trying to impeach the first black president. The Democrats get down on their knees six times a day to pray that the Republicans are stupid enough to do this. Obama would end up with increase popularity just like Clinton did.

Actually I began saying BEFORE the Obama travesty that we were no longer fit for self government. We allow anyone to vote without regard to whether they have any idea what is going on and now, in all too many cases, without regard to whether they are even citizens. We have millions of people who have no idea how to make their own way in life or how this country came to exist, not even an inkling of how the government is supposed to operate, don’t have a clue about the constitution or what it means, think that the government should be the source for solutions to all problems of any nature and they VOTE! Worse yet most of them think they are “EDUCATED”. Yes, unfortunately the majority of Americans are too stupid to elect their own government. I would not be at all surprised if, after two years of watching the GOP flounder around in the mire and accomplish nothing, the rats are reelected in 2016 if we even have an election then.
Well you have a good point. If you actually listen to what Oblather said last night he is not really doing anything he was not already doing. He is not deporting anybody now. The main change is giving them all SS numbers and work permits. The Congress can just defund the few million dollars for printing and processing the paperwork. But you are right the govt is so slow and ponderous how long will it take them to even process this stuff? The other problem is that a lot of these people don’t want to come out of the shadows. They don’t want to pay taxes and FICA etc.

Only two U.S. presidents have ever been impeached and, even though neither were removed from office, it still leaves a nasty stain on their legacy. (Don’t believe me? Ask anyone you know what the first thing is that comes to mind when hearing Bill Clinton’s name and they will almost certainly bring up Monica Lewinsky.) I will concede that in Obama’s evil and diabolical world, he would likely view impeachment as a vehicle to martyrdom. Even so, this not an excuse to take this constitutional remedy off the table. Simply allowing the Kenyan Marxist to get away with violating our Constitution’s separation of powers and his flagrant usurpation of Congress should NOT be an option.
Just curious, what makes you so sure Obama’s popularity would increase if he were to be impeached? I don’t see how anything could ever make Obama popular again at this stage and I think it’s a mistake to use Clinton as a frame of reference. As despicable as Bubba’s sexual indiscretions and acts of perjury were, I would argue they actually PALE in comparison to the lawlessness, recklessness, and destruction that represents Obama’s tyranny and blatantly unconstitutional actions.
That was the game plan all along, imo.
The illegals themselves will not want to start filing tax returns, not to mention filing them for previous years.
The requirements and standards Obama outlined for obtaining work authorization and not being deported for 3 years are as stringent as those that used to be applied in immigration court to those who wanted to stay in the US permanently!
