The answer to lawlessness is not more lawlessness, but firm and unrelenting application of the law. This should be on a Federal court docket at noon today, or however soon a suit challenging the legality of this action may be written and presented. Surely the Congress of the United States and its individual members have standing, as well as the governors of the several states, and if they do not, then the rot has proceeded much too far.
There may be need for People’s Tribunals to be set up, if the Federal courts cannot or will not act. The Constitution, so far as I know, is still valid, and it cries out for the provisions to be enforced.

So true. There is not one Obama accomplishment you can point to in 6 years. The guy and his Democrat cohorts have wreaked havoc on our financial institutions, healthcare system and free enterprise system.
Obamacare as expected is collapsing under its own weight and its just a matter of time until most of it will be repealed or die a natural death. The wheels are already falling off.
Dodd Frank is a disaster for our Banking and investment industry.
