But, when thenstate advances libtard ideas, it never gets questioned. For example, the fed law says we have thenright to bear arms, yet, states’ laws requiring waiting periods, requiring gun locks, prohibition altogether, as in DC until a couple years ago. These all seem to never be questioned despite obvious nullification of a right in the Constitution.
