if he does a pardon, i doubt a president can pardon future crimes
i wonder if the offense is the entry into the country - or if being here after a pardon for entry is still a crime - and a future president could take the list created by registering for a work permit and go after them
either way - we need to spook all the criminals and claim we WILL use that list to go after them
that will shorten the list of takers
