I think the DNA has not been cross examined/corroboration to prove without a doubt it was Kozminksi. The articles rebutting were written so poorly too.

My opinion is that there is no money in solving it, so even if the scarf had DNA that matched the genetics of descendants, it's better for the street tourism industry to keep the doubt alive.
