Problem at this point is we don’t know quite what the Obama is going to say, and what legal justification (strained/fractured though it may be) will be used to justify it. Until then, any promise of retaliation/reversal/retribution/rebuttal/etc is just speculation.
Just a few more hours and we’ll know.
Unfortunately it will be _after_ the trigger has been pulled, and ten million people suddenly think they have legal/moral grounds for something they don’t - and will have the will to fight to keep it.

The Congress will do what it will do only IF your elected does not hear from you via fax or phone. This means you MUST contact your congressman, the speaker and all those who waver on an issue and let them know your wishes, where you stand etc. I have no idea what Obama will have to say this evening...who can believe him anyway...so take off your packs and stand at ease.....but pay close attention and I would suggest you go to google and find his speech/text and read it...

This is the first president who has decided to ignore all Constitutional laws and rules....he hates this nation, all of it with the exception of the wealth he has gleamed from it...and will hurt it as best he can...I believe this...Obama could care less about America! He is begging for impeachment.....

How about an arrest warrant tomorrow? This is treason.

You and I agree; but there are ways that it could be made even more plain that it is:

  1. Have Congress declare a state of invasion; based on the official numbers the illegal immigration population is 3.5%, though some estimates put it as close to 10%
  2. Have the States [individually] declare a state of invasion — this could be dine by the governor.
Thus, if amnesty is passed it becomes objectively and unarguably adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort — it also opens the door to snapping up the open-borders types in government: they will push amnesty.

“blistering speech”

I wonder if this Pollutico writer meant “blustering.”

With the new people now in the work force will there be a big jump in the unemployment numbers?

No, because they won't count Americans that are unemployed, and that have stopped looking for work. They already don't count those that have stopped looking for work, artificially reducing the employment numbers because they're leaving out a crucial statistic, and essentially lying about the total number.

They do have power in the House — right now. But last I read Hal Rogers was trying to fund everything through September, tying the hands of the incoming Republicans who might want to use funding as a powerful tool sooner rather than later.

Forceful response? He can start by allowing Jeff Sessions to chair the budget committee.

So let me get this straight:

Turtle and his Chamber of Commerce declare war on the TEA party, to punch them in the nose, spend hundreds of millions of dollars doing just that...

I’m just praying Cruz will find a way to kill this. Maybe he already has and just isn’t telling ‘leadership’.

STOP IT!! Give them a chance.....they have no power until January 21. Ok. I will give them that chance. I understand they don't enter office until Jan. But that is it. This majority is not for fun and games. Not for cocktail parties or fancy offices.

Hugh Hewitt has posted a powerful commentary

Hugh (The all-grown-up Tucker Carlson) is a great one for the strongly worded letter! Which this commentary ain't. It's a carefully worded legal brief sort of thing. The Mombasa MF be quakin' in his golf shoes. Previously known for his RINO proclivities, preppy office seeker Hewitt is merely demonstrating a slow swing to the right, if that's the way the Republican wind is blowing.

"With the new people now in the work force will there be a big jump in the unemployment numbers?"

Probably, but the jump Obama is most interested in is the number of Democrat voters which will increase by a few million. 0bama needs to ensure a Dem win in 2016. This way he can feel rest assured all of his crimes will remain covered-up.

Correct, over 100 million to defeat Tea Party candidates.

The EXEMPT Congress has power NOW, and more power
on Jan 21. But they are EXEMPT
and bow to ObamaCARE and RomneyCARE.
BOW, like Obola to the Saudis.
