Warrant: Kidnapped Md. girl, 12, used Kik to communicate with suspect

A Raleigh man charged with kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old Maryland girl used a mobile instant messaging application to communicate with her and find out where she lives, according to a search warrant.
Victor Yanez Arroyo, 32, of Raleigh, was arrested Friday on charges of kidnapping and first-degree rape. Police said Arroyo kidnapped the girl Nov. 10 as she was walking to her Baltimore middle school. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials also told Baltimore NBC affiliate WBAL-TV that Arroyo is illegally in the United States.

I was going to post another case of an illegal alien crime, but, the local news site, KPTV, keeps moving it. It's a 30 something tree farm worker stabbing to death a 19 yr. old college student multiple times. The assailants family says that it is just not like him unless he was feeling threatened. Hispanic get out of trouble free card. Oh, the assailant was shot multiple times by the local police when he returned and threatened them with the knife.

There seems to be a BIG pattern here that needs looking into. Strange how so many ILLEGALS commit these crimes.
I’m sure there are those who are LEGAL who also commit such crimes but they seem to be in the minority.
