McCain didn't get nearly as much Wall St loot as Obama, and Obama appointed Timmy in return for his. I doubt McCain would appointed have anyone worse (for the rest of us), and with Obama everybody thought they knew what they were getting, namely an affirmative action nobody.
The real question here is how to free the country from the grip of the banksters. I don't throw that term around lightly, but obviously the large money interests there are amoral at best.
