Perry is only going through the motions in order to fool Conservatives into believing that he is tough on illegal immigration.

That' all he ever does. And with some "conservatives", it works.

I won't ever vote for the Liberal Rick Perry for anything. But he might just get an injunction accidentally, 'looking tough'. I'd be happy if he did that. Not enough to vote for him for dog-catcher, though.
