Though he is a supporter of Obama and his policies, Turley is not a party hack as Jonathan Gruber is. Turley is a lying fraud.
Not once have I ever heard Turley even hint that Obama should be removed from office.
If a Conservative did 1/100th the damage to the Constitution, Turley would be ranting and screaming for impeachment.
Turley is an evil man. He fully supports the all powerful State being pushed by the evil left.
Turley is and will always be part of the evil left.

"The question represented by this lawsuit," Turley wrote Monday on his blog, "is whether we will live in a system of shared and equal powers, as required by our Constitution, or whether we will continue to see the rise of a dominant executive with sweeping unilateral powers. That is a question worthy of review and resolution in our federal courts."His pronouncements about the Constitution are correct yet inside he is 100% in agreement with what Obama is doing to the Constitution and our Republic.
The cognitive dissonance of Turley is something to behold.

There is only one way to stop this, and it is all spelled out in the document they used to hold dear.

So we're to believe that, in a nation of 350,000,000+, there's not ONE badass conservative lawyer with enough love for this country and respect for the Constitution to be willing to take on this battle ? ? ?
