You’re probably right. It would not be especially useful to Obama, at this time, to advertise his latest wreckage of our culture and security.
Exactly. If it were the only thing on, there would be a massive negative reaction in the country. This is sort of like announcing something late Friday afternoon when Washington is closing up for the weekend so that the reaction is muted.
It’s being done in the “court” of Hollywood because they DO support him. He NEEDS the fanfare and can get it no other place. It’s safe for him there....just as His trip to the Desert to hide among Reids people.
He cannot do this from Washington because he has too many there that are enemies against him now. And who runs Hollywood and Vegas....???
So he’s padding himself with safe venues to springboard this announcement from.
