My “Southern Democrat” and union-member dad has been voting Republican since the Reagan years. Ssshh ... don’t tell anybody.

He just can’t bear to call himself anything but a Democrat.

His family moved up here from Virginia and Tennessee and always voted Democrat.

But the party left him behind years ago. Lots of others like that out there.

another thing liberals black in particular dont get ... they keep hearing in the news that whites are soon to be a minority.

so they assume upon hearing that, that the percent of America that is black must be skyrocketing! When the fact is, the percentage of blacks in America is nearly exactly the same as it was 100 years ago.

the only thing that has changed? hispanics are no longer counted as whites!

If they still were (as they were historically) then there would be nearly ZERO racial change in America for the last 100+ years.
