The congress could take the Amnesty Proclomation to the SCOTUS the next day and get it shot down. But they won't.
any one of us can take the Amnesty dictatorial order to the Supreme court to stop the order. if we just hire a lawyer or any lawyer or tea party group can do it. why isn’t anyone else doing it?
There are 50 state Attorney Generals who can immediately apply directly to the Supreme Court for an emergency injunction and get it.
I think there must be at least one who will.
I believe the injunction can be granted by the circuit Justice acting on his own.
