Well, I don’t think it was stupidity on their part,
it was arrogance.
Just like it was arrogance for Gruber himself to declare how clever he and Obama were to get this policy ensconced against the will of the “lesser” people of the country.

That's not the main reason. These universities and colleges are just helping wash the blackboards of all incriminating evidence that their department heads hate the U.S. Constitution and all it stands for.
