Bwahahahaha. If I got a legit letter from someone declaring them Obama....err Ebola free from a doctor in Africa I would chuckle and tell them to head back to Africa.
If he got that certificate from Mr. Haney of Green Acres, it probably cost him an arm and a leg. Haney was known as a grinning shyster and a snake oil salesman. Eva Douglas would have purchased two certificates, “in case their was a relapse”, advised Mr. Haney.
