Shouldn’t people with disabilities order by phone or have personal assistants or courtesans and knaves to do all their work?

Which company filed a back office complaint with DOJ to inhibit a competitor?

Yes, somebody complained who was not smart enough to do it, or was edging in on them in some way. That is usually the case in all these suits about disabilities.

...to inhibit a competitor,,

It does seem that way. Somebody would have to explain to me why the disabled's needs couldn't be met if the company had a toll free help option.

You'd think there'd be a tech option that translated into braille when printed.
