He's first target, too, IMHO because when democrat fascists loose elections in a big way they make examples of more than one or two big names who weren't sufficiently supportive as a way to keep the lesser folks with skeletons in their closets from breaking ranks.

Sorry, but that's complete and total nonsense when you're talking about this current media frenzy about Bill Cosby and the many, many pre-2005 claims of drugging and sexually assaulting women.

The election didn't occur until November 4, 2014.

This frenzy started on the night of October 16, 2014 as the result of a joke told by comedian Hannibal Buress during a set at the Trocadero in Philadelphia, Cosby's home town.

Buress mentioned Cosby - whose early humor often mentioned his football days at Philly's Temple University - and said, in part:

“He gets on TV, ‘Pull your pants up black people, I was on TV in the 80s! I can talk down to you because I had a successful sitcom!’ Yeah, but you rape women, Bill Cosby, so turn the crazy down a couple notches.”

Some of Philadelphia's media took note of this the following morning; a video of Buress telling the joke was uploaded to YouTube [language; uploaded 10/20]; Buress appeared on Howard Stern on October 20 or 21; other media picked up the story and started to look at the "you rape women" part of the joke . . . and here we are, back in 2005, when anyone paying attention knew that thirteen women, black and white, were accusing Bill Cosby of essentially the same thing: drugging and sexually abusing them.

Cosby paid a settlement to at least one woman, and had been paying others of them for years.

Doesn't mean he did it, but had been paying some of the accusers, who had never gone public, and were only listed as John Doe witnesses in a lawsuit, for years. Years.

Does Cosby have any other history of paying women to cover up sexual indiscretions? Why, yes, according to Bill Cosby in sworn testimony in a legal action, he does.

Cosby thought that he and long-term mistress, Shawn Upshaw, had an illegitimate daughter, Autumn Jackson, in about 1974 (among many, many other sources).Cosby made payments for twenty-three years to keep this a secret [Source: Cosby's testimony - he testified under oath that he made the payments to keep the fact that he had an illegitimate daughter a secret].

This came to light only after 22- or 23-year old Ms. Jackson tried to extort Cosby for $24 million by threatening to go public with her paternity information. Cosby decided it was cheaper to come clean to the public. At that time, he demanded a DNA test which showed he was not the father of Autumn.

Ah, and Cosby did an interview with Ebony magazine in which he said that once he hit 40, his roaming eye for younger woman diminished, because he'd think about how much work it would be to make love to a young woman. He'd been married to his wife since 1964, and the marriage weathered infidelities (plural)

Did Cosby rape women? I don't know, but similar claims by more than a dozen women have dogged him for over thirty years.

Is all of this retribution for the 11/4 election results. No, no, and no. This started three weeks before the election.

Everybody and her sister reported on this before the 11/4 election and most of them mentioned the Harrison Burell joke. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 . . . there are over 100 examples of internet articles from 10/17 to before the 11/4 elections that drum up the Cosby rape claims based on Buress's jokes (language in some of them).

Cosby was canned from a Queen Latifah episode before the election specifically because of the controversy raised by Hannibal Buress.

Is all of this current attention to discredit a somewhat conservative Cosby? Perhaps, but it seems comedian Hannibal Buress could have found a more direct way to do that.
