Obama Stakes Final 2 Years on Climate Change
ABC News ^ | November 18, 2014 | By JOSH LEDERMAN

With limited time still in power, President Barack Obama is staking his final two years on climate change, pushing the issue to the front of his agenda as he seeks to leave an imprint on the world that will endure after he's gone.

It's a strategy rooted not only in Obama's long-stated concern about global warming, but also in political reality.

The emphasis on climate isn't all by choice.

Although Obama has long sought to rally action against climate change, White House aides say the issue has become even more attractive after the election because it's one where Obama has considerable leverage to act without Congress.

the budget of the EPA last year was bigger than the 2013 GNP of India.

India's GDP in 2013 was about $1.7 trillion.

I know the EPA wastes a lot of money, but their budget last year was about $8 billion.

The climate certainly changed in the Midwest over the weekend? Is Obammy sending heaters and plows? Or are we suppose to save the CO2 for next summer?

Obama is ramping up the war on oil because energy prices are falling again.

“The price of energy will necessarily have to skyrocket.”

Obviously, he believes he can do the most damage through this issue.

President Pants-On-Fire doesn’t care about anything else.

I like that! Instead of POTUS, he should be referred to as POPOF, President Of Pants on Fire.

I hope it sticks.

At least he’s consistently fraudulent, relying on the lack of transparency and stupid Americans.

A closer reading of the details of Obama’s trip to Australia (one that ignores fawning accounts from our press) reveals that, while the President attempted to hijack the agenda for the sake of his own political gain, he was in fact rebuffed, by leaders of Australia, Canada and Saudi Arabia in particular.

This is the opportunity for Issa to have a real hearing on Glo-Bull Warming and not the dog-n-pony show put on by Boxer.

The EPA is infested with eco-Nazi criminals. Both the USSC, in its SWANCC and Rapanos decisions, and the Congress have told the EPA Nazis that they cannot rewrite the navigable waters regulations.

The fact that these criminals are giving Congress and the court the finger is proof that the EPA should be abolished and the EPA Nazis arrested for sedition.

Since that likely won’t happen, it falls to the states to run these EPA Nazi criminals out of their territories at the point of a bayonet.

This clown has had a new and different “focus” every six months or so of this administration. His legacy, while it will be horrific to most, will not be good even to his supporters. He has accomplished little than cannot be undone. Worthless.

He’s on a huge redistribution tear and he thinks “saving the planet” is an easy sell. Very simple.

The republicans are already waving the white flag when they worry about being blamed if they confront Obola. The voters gave them victory and the republicans pay them back by acting like weak cowards. They better find some balls before people lose the last ounce of faith they have in them.

The climate surrounding Obama sure seems to be changing.

Politicians and news media seem to be distancing themselves as fast as they can. Politicians see Obama’s coattails as a loss-leader. Media see Obama’s coattails as a hindrance to their next Dem preference.

O’s political numbers are even lower than GWBush’s were. That gives fodder for the next president — Dem or Pubbie — to blame all ills on Obama for the next four years.

With Obama’s low popularity, it may be difficult for him to push anything on climate change through, unless he tries to do it through Executive Orders.

Doing what he does best: LIE. I’m shell shocked that this could happen to our Republic. Politics for greed is going to take us down and there are way to many greedy bastardoes in our government.

I suspect Obama will structure his actions so that it will be impossible for any future Republican president (if there ever is one again) to change them - administrative law, lawsuits, foot dragging bureaucrats, etc.
