I don't call that racism. I call that a lack of responsibility writ large, which then becomes a cultural norm. And who am I to meddle in the culture of another?

So are white people (more likely to be murdered by a black person than a white person). Is that racism too?
If not, why not?
I think what the writer was trying to say was that not taking responsibility for your problems and blaming them on another race who you believe has victimized you is racism (of a sort).
