already are taking it from citizenry...they go to cheyenne cause of short wait list for sec 8 voucher. stay there a yr and are allowed to take the voucher (portable they call it) where ever they choose to move while Cheyenne/Wyoming has to keep footing the bill for said voucher in most cases depending on the “recieving state” they choose to move to. THAT POT OF MONEY IS FOR THE CITIZENS OF WYOMING!! BAD ENOUGH THEY GIVE IT TO THE SCUM BUT THEN THEY LET THEM TAKE IT OUT OF STATE WHILE WYOMING HAS TO CONTINUE TO PAY FOR THE VOUCHER!! what freaking million dollar salary DUMASS come up with these rules! only one guess needed im sure!
