mexico won’t let regular individuals own land if you’re foreign. they i would suspect treat companies differently.
I have been told that foreigners can lease land in Mexico for something like, 50 years but they can’t buy it. Seems like I remember than you couldn’t even do that within a certain distance from the border but can’t remember exactly.
