My mother used to pester her father in law terribly about his nutrition. Bacon and eggs every morning, coffee, whole milk, candy etc. He made it to 96. He rode a motorcycle up to 93.

Hey it really depends a whole lot on your family history...but that aside your post reminds me of the great line by George Burns..

Anyway George is in his mid 90`s smoking cigars, drinking swinging with the ladies, eating bacon and eggs whatever.. a interviewer asks him...what does your Dr think of all this...He said my Dr is dead
