The FBI bulletin expresses concern only over those who would exploit peaceful protests, not the masses of demonstrators who will want to legitimately, lawfully and collectively express their views on the grand jury’s decision.
The bulletin “stresses the importance of remaining aware of the protections afforded to all U.S. persons exercising their First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and freedom of assembly.”
Within hours of the FBI issuing its bulletin, some police departments across the country issued their own internal memos urging officers to review procedures and protocols for responding to mass demonstrations.
Still, the bulletin’s conclusions were blunt: “The FBI assesses those infiltrating and exploiting otherwise legitimate public demonstrations with the intent to incite and engage in violence could be armed with bladed weapons or firearms, equipped with tactical gear/gas masks, or bulletproof vests to mitigate law enforcement measures.”

If they took that cop out and lynched him from a street light, there would still be riots. There are going to be riots, period. Best solution would be to shoot as many rioters as possible.
Looks like it would be a good opportunity to use the new microwave area denial weapon that makes the rioters feel like they are burning up without any lasting harm.
I would be willing to bet some posing as Klukkers and neo-Nazi types as a false flag as well, since DHS considers the Tea Party and any other conservative as the same.
They are doing this because of the KKK. Not the looters who have been destroying property for months.

Here in NJ cops stopped “doing their job” in black areas years ago; it simply wasn’t worth the risk to their jobs, pensions, and freedom. Now we have urban cops on a high pay scale (a holdover from the days when they were active) who do nothing. Newark NJ laid off 160+ cops a few years ago when the money ran out, and crime didn’t change at all.
Not necessary to shoot them. Just make sure the No Bill is announced when it’s 15 degrees outside and mist them with fire hoses. Instant ice sculptures!
This will be done because of JJ/AS and Calypso Louie, in the name of allah and the black freedemonic struggle. The cause is irreparable. There is no healing.

Just watched a video of an activists meeting where they’re encouraging people to go to white areas.
Also they’re saying “the whole world is watching”.....I think they are loving this and they better hope they can keep their people from violence..but they won’t. We already know how this is going to play ....
