My guess is that the grand jury announcement will happen by Thursday at latest. And if they don’t charge the officer, the authorities will be out in force in a big way to stop the rioters in no time flat.
I think the decision has been made already, just not released yet. People with the need to know are aware of what it is.

Ferguson protesters have looted over 100 businesses in the St. Louis area. As a result of the damage to local businesses, county officials are looking for state and federal aid.....they do the damage then ask us to clean it up and rebuild it.
