Would he wait for proof? such as one exploded in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, DC? and then ISIS took credit to decide? what if it was DC and he happend to be there at the time? would we be depending on biden to make these decisions? We, including our military, are so screwed.

It is as if he expects and waits for them to get nukes.
Why would we risk troops on ground if they had nukes. The reason we were able to send troops to Iraq for a mass landing is because Sadam did not have nukes yet... smh.

What an idiot. If they get a nuclear weapon it’s a game changer. What good would ground troops do about someone just driving a truck into Baghdad? Or Tel Aviv? Or Jerusalem?
