I like the “Die” part. Of course having been raised to be polite, I must always say - YOU FIRST!
Seems ArtDodger has it pretty well figured out, “Kill or be killed”.
Might even be simpler than that. Just by making a few examples, ala General Pershing, of executing a few of the terrorists that in some way involves pig’s blood, the rest will very probably scurry back to the nearest cockroach hole for another 3 generations. Their big mistake is thinking they are getting Americans mad. Most of us our totally disengaged in the Middle-East stuff. If Americans could become angry, we would boot out the bozos in office, put in some real people, and in no time at all, Mecca would become known as ‘The Glass Desert’.

“Convert or die” - that has always been the Muslim modus operandi from the beginning. They would crucify or behead the village leaders and then tell the inhabitants, “convert or die.” And the “religion” grew by leaps and bounds.
