Replace Supreme Court Justices who have legislated from the bench with Judges who have a record of ruling on existing law.
Weigh ALL passed legislation against the Constitution and quickly repeal those laws unlawfully passed.
Seek criminal indictments against all who have violated the establishes laws of the United States of America - starting at the top with zero tolerance for Treason.

Call Congressional Leaders to the Oval Office.
Show them the documentation clearly demonstrating that the 16th amendment was never legally ratified. Explain to them that they have 90 days to abolish the IRS and introduce a National Sales Tax of no more than 20% with monthly rebates for all legal residents in the amount of 20% of the Federal Poverty income level.
Let them know that in 90 days, the Secret Service will be ordered to take possession of the income tax records of all individual US taxpayers, regardless of how Congress acts.
If Congress fails to act, then on day 91 the public will be notified via Press Release and letters to all individual US taxpayers that the 16th Amendment has been nullified due to Federal malfeasance and the IRS has been stripped of enforcement authority and all data regarding the income of individual US taxpayers has been archived for the sole extent of determining restitution for all US Taxpayers.
The public will further be notified that the tax records will be used solely to calculate a monthly restitution payment with the goal of restoring all taxpayers’ illegally extorted tax payments plus 3% interest amortized over their remaining life expectancy. This payment will dollar for dollar take the place of any Federal or federally reimbursed State benefit received by the taxpayer during his or her lifetime.
The Social Security program will be immediately converted to administering the sales tax rebate and restitution programs.
Social Security recipients after exhaustion of their restitution payments will be paid at 110% of the Federal Poverty level for the remainder of their lives, minus all other sources of income with a Federal Lien placed against all assets providing such income, so that the Federal Government will be reimbursed for all such payments from the estate of the recipient prior to distribution of assets either before or after the death of the recipient.
