One of the issues at the local Walmart’s is finding candidates that can pass a drug test. Walmart is having problems finding people locally. FWIW, many employees will work a 12 hour shift on Black Friday.
My daughter works part time at a Milwaukee WI casino while in college. $10 an hour at the food court. Well above minimum wage. Paid PTO, vacation, holidays. Full time get 401 and insurance. They are screaming for employees. Like you said no one can pass a drug test.
